CDD-Ghana has begun fieldwork training ahead of the Afrobarometer R9 survey in Ghana. The fieldworkers will be equipped with research and data collection methods, Afrobarometer data collection protocols, and the questionnaire to collect the data as done in all Afrobarometer surveyed countries. This year, 44% out of 64 fieldworkers are women (28), while 56% are men (36), and this is in line with Afrobarometer’s quest to promote fair representation of women in its work.
The five-day training is being held at the Institute of Local Government Studies, Accra.
