Strengthening Capacity for Evidence Informed Decision-Making at the Local Level

In June 2019, the Ghana Center for Democratic Development, with the support of the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation initiated a pilot project to strengthen the capacity of policy actors to use data and evidence in policy planning and program implementation at the sub-national, district level in Ghana.  The report highlights the contributions, lessons learned, and recommendations to advance the evidence-to-policy practice at the subnational government level in Ghana.
