Felix Biga is an experienced finance executive with over 17 years’ senior executive level experience, including managing boards and external stakeholder interests. He has been responsible for operational management of multi-million dollar budgets and resources in blue chip multinational companies in Africa. He has managed complex business situations and is well-known for his ability to create a congenial management environment and get things done.
Mr. Biga began his finance career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he worked in various capacities, including audit, financial due diligence, SOX compliance among others. He subsequently joined British American Tobacco (BAT) where he served in various financial and commercial roles within West Africa and eventually rose to become Finance Director for British American Tobacco, Ghana.
After eight years in BAT, Mr. Biga moved on and joined Allterrain Services Group (ATS) as the Group Chief Financial Officer and became a member of the board of Allterrain Services Inc, the BVI registered parent company. In this capacity, he led a transformation in the financial and business management practices of ATS and oversaw US$130+ million P&L. He managed the financial operations of the ATS group in 14 countries in Africa, with 24 legal entities and 96 remote sites.
He has extensive experience in corporate finance, change management and the development of long-term and short-term strategies across territories within Africa.
