Do Endorsements by Traditional Leaders Affect Vote Choice?

The Constitution of Ghana (1992) bans traditional leaders from engaging in “active party politics”. This study assessed whether (and how) chiefs’ endorsements have causal effects on vote choice in Ghana’s December 2020 election.
