This report aims to assess the performance of Ghana’s economy over the past eight (8) years and produce a medium-term outlook covering the period 2021-2025. This report focuses on evaluating the current rigidities within Ghana’s economy from the fiscal view, including the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and to make relevant projections and estimates about Ghana’s resource envelope (revenue and expenditure projections) in the medium term.
