The Ghana Cities League Project aims at contributing to the achievement of local and global urbanization goals as expressed in Ghana’s urbanization policies and SDG 11 and related goals. Also, the Ghana Cities League aims at correcting the challenges of DPAT and DLT and subsequently improving urban governance.
Promoting Accountability in Ghana’s Education Strategic Plan (2018-2030)

Building on Ghana’s achievements in expanding education, the Education Strategic Plan (2018-2030) which provides the blueprint for delivering education in the country sets out the vision and policies for realizing the ambition of transforming Ghana into a ‘learning nation’.
Promoting the Rights of Marginalised Groups

The widespread stigma, discrimination, and hatred against the LGBTQ+ community trap them in closets and push them further away from essential information and services to protect their rights and health. This has arisen due to a lack of knowledge of the basic rights of LGBTQ+ and some members of the community.

District Accountability Index

Ghana adopted policies, institutions, and legislations ultimately aimed at attaining the aforementioned positive impacts of improving public financial management. Notwithstanding the government’s actions, the age-old problem of financial irregularities as contained in the annual reports of the Auditor General continue to exist.

Evidence for Development

To improve the evidence to policy practice in Ghana, CDD-Ghana has initiated an intervention dubbed: Evidence for Development (E4D) project. which seeks to improve accessibility and strengthen the capacity of policymakers to practice and implement evidence-informed policymaking, particularly at the subnational, district level.
IPEP Tracker

CDD-Ghana’s IPEP Tracker project seeks to monitor the implementation of IPEP to ensure transparency and accountability of its implementation, strengthen the framework and performance of institutions set up to govern the program, and ensure efficiency, value for money and good corporate management of public funds allocated to IPEP.
