In the second part of his analysis of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s speech, Dr. Osae-Kwapong indicates that candidates for the presidency handle their performance records differently based on whether they are incumbents or in opposition. The public’s dissatisfaction with the administration of Akufo-Addo, on the other hand, raises questions regarding the beginning and ending points of the President’s record, as well as the beginning and ending points of Dr. Bawumia’s culpability.
