The World Justice Project’s Rule of Law Index shows 65% of sub-Saharan countries scoring below the median and a decline in seeking legal redress to protect human rights. Compliance with the AGP protocols is inhibited by a lack of transparency and access to information.

The West Africa Democracy Solidarity Network (WADEMOS) is a transnational democracy solidarity network that aims to mobilize, coordinate, and leverage the collective power of pro-democracy actors, opportunities, and resources to engage regional and related bodies to fight against democratic deterioration and advocate for the democratization of West Africa.
Ghana Cities League

The Ghana Cities League Project aims at contributing to the achievement of local and global urbanization goals as expressed in Ghana’s urbanization policies and SDG 11 and related goals. Also, the Ghana Cities League aims at correcting the challenges of DPAT and DLT and subsequently improving urban governance.

Ghana has successfully organized eight presidential and parliamentary elections since returning to constitutional democracy in 1992. Generally, all eight elections have been successful and peaceful, with three of them resulting in a smooth transfer of power from one political party to the other.
Promoting the Rights of Marginalised Groups

The widespread stigma, discrimination, and hatred against the LGBTQ+ community trap them in closets and push them further away from essential information and services to protect their rights and health. This has arisen due to a lack of knowledge of the basic rights of LGBTQ+ and some members of the community.
